Job summary

Proximo Spirits seeks a Brand Promotions Manager to lead off-premise brand activations across the assigned territory. You will schedule promotional events, coordinate with local distributors, and manage POS materials to optimize visibility.

You will analyze inventory and depletion data, report to Brand Managers, and develop programming with distributors. The role requires strong communication, analytical and project management skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ relevant experience in consumer goods or spirits preferred.
• Proven sales management abilities with goals achievement.
• Ability to build and maintain strategic distributor relationships.
• Knowledge of industry regulations, market trends and competition.
• Proven team leadership and strong presentation skills.
• Strong interpersonal, influencing, negotiation and time management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
• Valid state driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Manage Proximo Spirits Brand promotions within the assigned territory.
• Set promotional dates and times with accounts and manage POS.
• Identify and manage local promotional agencies.
• Attend and monitor Brand promotions and adjust as needed.
• Provide feedback to management and Brand Managers on a schedule.
• Monitor budget and track spend to ensure attainment.
• Identify top Off Premise Accounts in the territory.
• Collaborate with distributor sales reps to optimize off premise accounts.
• Communicate competitive activity, pricing and promotion insights.
