Job summary

Security Finance is seeking a District Manager to lead a territory of 6–12 Idaho branches, including the assigned area in the Eastern Idaho region. The role emphasizes strategic leadership, high-performing teams, and strict compliance with policies in the traditional personal installment loan industry.

As District Manager, you will drive territory growth, oversee branch performance, and coach staff to deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining regulatory adherence.

Qualifications

• Multi-unit supervisory experience in traditional personal installment loan industry.
• Strong communication, coaching, and conflict-management skills.
• Branch-level customer service, sales, and training experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word and Excel).
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle for business use.
• Ability to travel daily within the defined territory.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational performance and branch objectives.
• Implement sales, lending, and collection procedures.
• Develop business strategies to grow the territory and profitability.
• Review branch locations and markets to maximize performance.
• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and company policies.
• Build and develop a high-performing sales and customer service team.
• Conduct onsite and remote visits, evaluations, and coaching.
• Recruitment, onboarding, and training in collaboration with Talent Management.
• Investigate and resolve internal and external complaints promptly.
