Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related discipline and at least 2 years of financial institution experience.
• Experience in frontline positions required.
• Experience leading a team required.
• Knowledge of Credit Union products and demonstrated ability to cross-sell.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; familiarity with PCs/ standard software.
• Friendly and outgoing with strong interpersonal and public relations skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team to achieve branch profitability; drive revenue through cross-selling and relationship building.
• Oversee daily branch operations to ensure processes are performed correctly.
• Ensure compliance with security, risk, and regulatory policies.
• Develop a positive, inclusive work environment and lead by example.
• Support outside sales efforts including Treasury Management and lending relations.
• Coach and develop staff; maintain high levels of member service and accuracy.
• Maintain knowledge of products, services, and procedures; assist as Teller/CSR when needed.
• Hire, train, and develop branch team; conduct performance reviews and documentation.
• Communicate important information to the team through regular meetings.
