You will coordinate scheduling, develop promotional materials within budget, and represent OneBlood at local events while maintaining compliance and reporting requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience.
• Knowledgeable in using digital tools and Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret business materials.

Responsibilities

• Executes blood donor recruitment programs to meet goals for assigned territory.
• Develops and maintains professional relationships with donor drive chairpersons and internal clients.
• Seeks out prospective blood drive opportunities with new and existing customers.
• Uses independent judgment to adapt approach and communication style for blood drive accounts.
• Determines marketing and promotional materials and programs within budget.
• Manages blood drive scheduling to optimize business needs and recruit at drives.
• Represents the organization at community involvement events.
• Leverages technologies and channels to support blood drives.
• Manages and prioritizes time and resources to maximize territory effectiveness.
• Adheres to administrative duties including on-time reporting.
