Job summary

Glazer’s Beer & Beverage is seeking a motivated Sales Representative in Weslaco, TX to manage an assigned territory, support retail partners, and grow our brands. The role emphasizes consultative selling, customer partnerships, and meeting monthly quotas.

You will plan territory activities, complete regular sales calls, and provide post-call documentation. This position requires travel, flexibility with hours, and strong data interpretation for performance tracking and reporting.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school.
• Ability to secure and maintain a State Sales Permit; must be 21+.
• Valid state driver's license and ability to travel overnight as required.
• Able to maintain automobile liability coverage and coverage for business use.
• Flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Plan territory and use a consultative sales approach to meet company and supplier goals.
• Build and maintain customer partnerships to support new business and account satisfaction.
• Plan and complete regular sales calls across assigned accounts and territory.
• Enter orders accurately and maintain day-to-day sales information in the designated sales system.
• Prepare and present sales reports and quota results in meetings.
