Job summary

Glazer's Beer & Beverage in Weslaco, TX is seeking a motivated Sales Representative to manage an assigned territory, support retail partners, and grow our brands. You will plan territory, use a consultative sales approach, and maintain account relationships to meet company goals.

This role requires early mornings and occasional weekends, travel within the territory, and the ability to analyze sales data and present results in meetings.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school, plus six months to two years of sales experience.
• Valid state driver’s license and ability to secure a state sales permit; 21+ years old.
• Ability to travel overnight as required.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain customer partnerships to support new business and account satisfaction.
• Plan and complete regular sales calls across assigned accounts and territory.
• Review sales activity to meet monthly quota and placement objectives.
• Understand customer needs and apply selling processes to move opportunities forward.
• Enter orders accurately and maintain day-to-day sales information in the system.
• Prepare and present sales reports and quota results in team meetings.
