Job summary

Keurig Dr Pepper is seeking an Account Sales Manager for Hastings, Plainwell and surrounding areas in Michigan. You will drive brand growth, manage retail accounts, and coordinate merchandising and promotions to maximize shelf presence and sales.

The role involves pre-sell activities, installation of displays, and maintaining stock levels across accounts. A valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle are required, with a full-time, first-shift schedule in the Michigan territory.

Qualifications

• 2 years of customer service or sales experience in a retail or field-based role.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license and access to reliable vehicle.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and grow accounts.
• Strong merchandising and display execution skills.

Responsibilities

• Sell Keurig Dr Pepper brands to maximize brand growth and distribution.
• Contact key personnel in assigned accounts for pre-sell activities and promotions.
• Develop shelf reallocations to maximize product visibility and sales.
• Install revamped beverage sections and position POS material as directed.
• Stock and merchandise products in beverage sections and displays.
• Assist in vendor changes and ensure proper stock, cleanliness, and product availability.
• Maintain accurate sales records including promotional activity and space allocations.
