Job summary

Keurig Dr Pepper is seeking an Account Sales Manager for Council Bluffs, IA and Atlantic, IA. The role focuses on up-selling, replenishment, and merchandising across assigned accounts.

You will travel to retail locations, maintain stock, manage promotions, and ensure optimal shelf placement for KDP brands. Competitive compensation includes base salary plus commission and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 2 years of customer service or sales experience with accountability for targets/up-selling.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull 50 pounds repeatedly.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Proof of vehicle insurance and access to a reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Sell Keurig Dr Pepper brands to maximize brand and volume growth.
• Contact key personnel in accounts to pre-sell products, promotions, displays and POS materials.
• Develop shelf reallocations to maximize brand sales in the beverage section.
• Install revamped beverage sections and place POS materials per merchandising standards.
• Stock and merchandise KDP brands including racks and secondary displays.
• Assist in vendor placement/changes in chain stores; monitor operation, cleanliness and product availability.
• Maintain sales records and reports on promotions, competitive activity and space allocations.
• Ensure back stock is available for in-store stocking and merchandising.
