Job summary

UniFirst is seeking a high-performing Outside Sales Representative to drive new business growth in an assigned territory. This role focuses on prospecting, presenting our uniform rental and facility services, and building long-term client relationships.

You will manage the full sales cycle, collaborate with operations, and earn base salary plus uncapped commissions, with a path toward sales management.

Qualifications

• 0–2+ years of B2B sales experience
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and managing a full sales cycle
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• Willingness to take coaching and feedback
• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and reliable vehicle

Responsibilities

• Prospect and qualify leads across a defined territory through cold calling, networking, referrals, and in-person visits
• Conduct on-site assessments and presentations for service programs
• Develop tailored proposals and close multi-year service agreements
• Maintain and update CRM with accurate client information and activity
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas
• Collaborate with service and operations teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding
