Job summary

Coastal Elite Pro in Minnesota is seeking a high-performing B2B Sales Representative responsible for driving new business growth within an assigned territory. You will prospect, qualify leads, and conduct on-site assessments for uniform rental, floor care, restroom, and facility services, developing tailored proposals and closing multi-year service agreements.

You will maintain accurate client information in CRM, meet or exceed quotas, and work with service teams to ensure smooth onboarding.

Qualifications

• 0-2+ years in B2B sales, preferably in uniform rental, industrial supply, waste management, safety gear, or janitorial services.
• Proven ability to exceed sales targets and manage full sales cycles.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and receptive to coaching.
• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and qualify leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and in-person visits.
• Conduct on-site assessments for uniform rental, floor care, restroom, and facility services.
• Develop tailored proposals and close multi-year service agreements.
• Maintain accurate client information in CRM systems.
