Coastal Elite Pro in the United States is seeking a motivated B2B Sales Representative to generate new business within a designated territory by prospecting, presenting, and closing complex contracts for uniform rental and facility services.

You will lead on-site assessments, develop tailored proposals, maintain accurate CRM data, and collaborate with operations to ensure smooth onboarding and achievement of sales quotas.

Qualifications

• 0–2+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in uniform rental, industrial supply, or related fields.
• Proven success in exceeding sales targets and managing full sales cycles.
• Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and receptive to coaching.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record and reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and in-person visits.
• Conduct on-site assessments and deliver presentations for uniform rental, facility, and service programs.
• Develop customized proposals and secure multi-year service agreements.
• Maintain accurate client data in CRM systems.
• Achieve or surpass sales quotas regularly.
• Coordinate with service and operations teams for smooth customer onboarding.
