Miller’s Textile Services in Northwest Ohio is seeking a Business Development Specialist to expand our customer base in the Wapakoneta area. This is a true new business sales role, focusing on prospecting, presenting solutions, and closing multi-year service agreements.

You’ll manage the full sales cycle within a 60–75 mile radius, with inbound leads plus outbound outreach. We offer a base salary of $50,000 plus uncapped commission, top performers earning $90k–$115k+ with bonuses and benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience in B2B sales or customer service, ideally in a recurring or rental-based service industry.
• Demonstrated ability to generate new business through consistent outbound prospecting.
• Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong self-management and problem-solving abilities.
• Comfortable with cold calling and consultative selling.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and CRM systems; Pipedrive experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the territory.
• Conduct needs and cost-benefit analyses, deliver presentations, and close multi-year service agreements.
• Manage the sales process from initial prospecting through onboarding and CRM upkeep.
• Coordinate with Sales, Service, and internal teams to ensure smooth transitions for new customers.
