Job summary

Miller’s Textile Services, Inc. is seeking a Business Development Specialist to expand our Northwest Ohio customer base from Wapakoneta, OH. The role focuses on new business development with inbound leads, plus proactive prospecting across a defined local territory.

You will conduct needs analyses, deliver tailored presentations, and close multi-year service agreements while managing the end-to-end sales process. Local travel only; company vehicle provided; base salary plus uncapped commissions.

Qualifications

• Must have B2B sales or customer service experience.
• Proven ability to generate new business through outbound prospecting.
• Excellent communication, organization and relationship-building skills.
• Strong self-management and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the territory.
• Conduct needs and cost-benefit analyses, deliver presentations, and close multi-year service agreements.
• Manage the full sales process from prospecting to onboarding with CRM activity.
• Prospect through cold calls, emails, door-to-door visits, and networking.
• Maintain a 60–75 mile local territory with no overnight travel.
