Miller’s Textile Services in Cincinnati, OH is seeking an experienced Outside Sales Professional to grow our B2B new business footprint. You will own a local territory, open doors with manufacturers and service organizations, and close long-term recurring contracts for linen, facility and related services.

This role offers a base salary plus uncapped commission, a company-provided vehicle, and opportunities to earn $90k+ with top performers.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of successful B2B outside sales or quota-carrying experience.
• Experience generating your own leads and managing a full sales cycle.
• Demonstrated ability to meet sales goals and close new business.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business within an assigned Cincinnati-area territory.
• Build and maintain a qualified pipeline through cold calling, email outreach, networking, referrals, and in-person prospecting.
• Meet with business owners and operational decision-makers to understand their current programs, service challenges, and future needs.
• Recommend linen, uniform, floor mat, facility, sanitation, and first aid service solutions.
• Prepare proposals, conduct presentations, negotiate agreements, and manage the full sales process through closing.
• Maintain accurate prospect, activity, and opportunity information in Pipedrive.
• Coordinate with service and operations during onboarding of new customers.
• Consistently achieve established activity, pipeline, and new-business sales goals.
