Job summary

Merit Restoration is seeking a Business Development Representative in Lynchburg, VA to build a referral network among insurance adjusters, property managers, and contractors. You will drive revenue by visiting clients, presenting Merit services, and opening doors in your territory.

You will manage the full sales cycle, record activity in Luxor CRM, and collaborate with operations and estimating teams. A valid driver’s license and existing network are a plus.

Qualifications

• Background in restoration, construction, insurance, real estate, or B2B sales strongly preferred.
• Existing network with adjusters, property managers, or commercial real estate is a major advantage.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Build Your Own Referral Network by visiting new assignments and selling Merit’s services.
• Drive revenue through disciplined daily activity and regular client visits.
• Sell with credibility, lead client meetings, and manage proposals with the team.
• CRM discipline: log all touchpoints, weekly plans, and reports in Luxor CRM.
• Represent Merit professionally and support local marketing efforts.
