Rainbow Restoration of Mid Central Valley & Sacramento is seeking a driven Business Development & Sales professional to grow our Sacramento territory. You will build relationships with insurance agents, property managers, and commercial leaders to become the trusted partner when disaster strikes.

Qualifications
- 2+ years of outbound B2B sales or business development experience.
- Experience selling to insurance, property managers, or commercial clients preferred.
- Proficiency with CRMs and sales apps.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Strong prospecting, networking, and closing skills.
Responsibilities
- Drive new business through prospecting, cold-calling, and networking.
- Build a regional network with industry groups and associations.
- Leverage CRM, mobile apps, and AI to streamline outreach.
- Develop and execute territory sales strategies to meet revenue goals.
- Represent Rainbow Restoration at events and trade shows.
- Track activity, pipeline, and performance in CRM.
- Collaborate with operations to ensure customer success.
