Rainbow Restoration is seeking a driven Business Development & Sales professional for the Sacramento, CA area. You will hunt, build, and close deals by establishing relationships with insurance agents, facility managers, and commercial real estate leaders to become the preferred restoration partner.

You will drive new business, leverage CRM and AI tools, and develop territory strategies to exceed revenue goals while representing Rainbow at local events and maintaining a strong network.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of outbound B2B sales or business development experience.
• Proven track record of hitting targets.
• Advanced computer literacy: CRM fluency, mobile apps, digital marketing tools, and AI technology.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business through prospecting, cold-calling, and networking.
• Build a network with industry players (BOMA, IFMA, local trade groups, insurance associations).
• Leverage CRM, mobile apps, and AI to streamline outreach and exceed quotas.
• Develop territory sales strategies to meet revenue goals.
• Represent Rainbow Restoration at local events and networking functions.
• Track sales activity and pipeline using CRM tools.
• Collaborate with operations to ensure a seamless customer experience.
