Qualifications

2+ years of outbound B2B sales or business development experience.
Valid driver's license with reliable transportation.
Advanced computer literacy: CRM fluency, mobile apps, digital marketing tools, and AI technology.

Responsibilities

Drive new business: prospect, cold-call, network and hunt down new commercial and residential restoration leads.
Build a network with key industry players (BOMA, IFMA, local trade groups, insurance associations).
Leverage modern tech: use CRMs, mobile apps, and AI platforms to streamline outreach and exceed quotas.
Develop and execute territory sales strategies to meet revenue goals.
Represent Rainbow Restoration at local networking events and trade shows.
Track sales activity, pipeline, and performance metrics using CRM tools.
Collaborate with operations and production teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
