Qualifications

• 3+ years of outside B2B sales experience.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales goals.
• Experience closing short-cycle B2B sales and territory development.
• CRM proficiency and data organization.

Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify potential clients.
• Initiate the sales process with appointments and presentations.
• Close sales by building rapport and overcoming objections.
• Prospect at least 20 hours per week.
• Use CRM to maintain customer information and manage Hot 25.
• Collaborate with operations and marketing teams.
• Maintain a positive work environment and professional conduct.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
