Job summary

City Wide Facility Solutions in the United States is seeking a Sales Executive to drive new business development in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment. You will own the full sales cycle from lead generation to close, work with account managers, and chase aggressive targets in a highly productive territory.

You will prospect, qualify, present, and close, while leveraging a CRM to manage accounts and the Hot 25 list. A 100k OTE is highlighted, with strong potential in Fayetteville, NC.

Qualifications

• 3+ years outside B2B sales experience.
• Demonstrated track record of success (2 full calendar years, eg 105% of sales goal).
• Strong skill set for prospecting and developing a territory.
• Proficiency in CRM systems with data entry and organization of sales data.
• Experience closing short-cycle B2B sales.
• Outgoing, dynamic personality.
• Can-do attitude with a challenger mindset.
• Organized within a defined sales process from prospect to close.
• Excellent communicator for presentations or meetings.
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate activities with operations and marketing.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Strong MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify potential clients.
• Initiate the sales process by scheduling appointments and presenting solutions.
• Close sales by building rapport and overcoming objections.
• Commit to minimum 20 hours of prospecting per week.
• Manage CRM to maintain customer information and the Hot 25 list.
• Maintain a positive, professional demeanor with clients and colleagues.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
