Job summary

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of B2B sales experience preferred.
• Outside sales or field-based account management is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills with ability to meet quotas.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office and Excel required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, pursue, and land new ILD and NAC customers in the Distributor.
• Travel regularly within the territory to engage dealers.
• Set up new customers with racks, POS, and testers, ensure documentation and questions answered.
• Educate dealers on programs, products, development opportunities, and training.
• Develop an assigned list of ~100 growth dealers and maintain relationships via in-person meetings and site visits.
• Execute business reviews on growth dealers including performance, opportunities, and plans.
