Job summary

JASPER Engines & Transmissions in Denver, CO is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to cover an assigned territory. You will cultivate business with independent repair facilities, local fleets, government entities, marinas and national accounts while living in the territory.

This role calls on a hunter sales mindset with automotive knowledge. You will develop sales plans, prepare proposals, collaborate with inside sales and service teams, and build long-term value-based relationships to grow

Qualifications

• Degree or two-plus years of sales experience.
• Hunter sales mentality.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate business with customers in assigned territory (independent repair facilities, local fleets, city/government entities, marinas, national accounts).
• Call on customers and develop sales proposals and presentations.
• Work with cross-functional teams (inside sales, customer service, production, distribution).
• Plan and manage accounts; introduce new products and updates.
• Focus on prospecting to grow the business.
