Job summary

Jasper Engines & Transmissions is seeking an Outside Sales Representative for the Denver, CO region. The role focuses on cultivating new and existing business across independent repair facilities, fleets, government entities and national accounts within the territory.

You will develop sales plans, conduct needs assessments, prepare proposals, and present solutions while collaborating with inside sales, service, production and distribution teams.

Qualifications

• Degree or two-plus years of sales experience.
• Hunter sales mentality and self-motivation required.
• Automotive knowledge preferred.
• Integrity and honesty essential.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate business with customers in assigned territory.
• Call on independent repair facilities, local fleets, city/government customers, marinas, and national accounts.
• Develop and implement plans to exploit sales opportunities in territory.
• Perform needs assessments and develop sales proposals and presentations.
• Coordinate with inside sales, customer service, production and distribution teams.
• Plan and manage accounts and introduce new products and updates.
• Build long-term value-based relationships and focus on prospecting to grow the business.
