Job summary

BENCO Equipment in Sioux Falls, SD seeks a driven Sales Representative to grow the territory, develop new business, and help customers find the equipment and solutions they need. You will work with the General Manager to set sales strategies, visit customers, and deliver responsive service while building lasting partnerships in the automotive service and shop equipment market.

A strong track record in automotive equipment sales and a valid driver's license are required; a monthly incentive

Qualifications

• 3+ years of related sales experience.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver's license and responsible driving record.

Responsibilities

• Grow your business by developing new customer relationships and expanding existing accounts.
• Build lasting relationships with retail and wholesale customers and position BENCO Equipment as their trusted source.
• Drive sales results by collaborating with the General Manager to set strategies and hit targets.
• Deliver solutions by using industry knowledge to match products to customer needs.
• Manage your territory with regular performance reports and timely documentation.
• Represent BENCO professionally with responsive service and product knowledge.
