Radco is seeking an enthusiastic Store Manager to lead our automotive accessory team in Sioux Falls, SD. You will drive sales, oversee installations, and ensure a high standard of guest service, while creating an upbeat, professional store environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead our team in selling and installing accessories to Guests who want to customize their rides.
• Achieve sales goals and drive results with sales.
• Ensure professional installations that are done right the first time.
• Create excellent store experiences to convert Guests into buyers and repeat Guests.
• Build strong relationships with commercial and fleet accounts.
• Oversee hiring, training, and development of sales and installation Team Members.
• Monitor and handle store work schedules and related team matters.
