Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed revenue objectives for assigned territory/account base.
• Penetrate accounts with a contact strategy via phone, email and in-person.
• Identify new opportunities via research, referrals, and market visits.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction to retain customers.
• Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve delivery issues.
• Maintain and report sales performance, forecasts and market conditions.
• Collect and act on customer feedback to improve offerings.
• Share best practices with internal teams to support a unified approach.
