Zusammenfassung

New Century FS, Inc. is seeking a Crop Associate to generate profitable sales in the Millersburg/Brooklyn, IA territory. You will develop targeted marketing plans, call on patrons and prospects, and coordinate product deliveries and agronomic services.

Travel within the territory, build customer relationships, and maintain knowledge of market conditions. A two-year associate degree in agriculture or related discipline and valid driver’s license are preferred; willingness to obtain certifications

Qualifikationen

Requires an Associate’s Degree in agriculture, marketing or business related discipline or equivalent experience.
Demonstrates ability to generate sales in an assigned territory.
Travel within territory with occasional overnight stays.

Aufgaben

Develops target marketing plans and trains on sales techniques.
Travels to client locations within territory to obtain orders and promote products/services.
Schedules deliveries, soil testing, crop scouting, and related agronomic programs.
Maintains customer creditworthiness and processes sales contracts.
Provides excellent customer service and resolves issues to achieve win/win outcomes.
