Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree in agriculture, marketing or business related discipline with 1–2+ years of business experience.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Willingness to obtain Certified Crop Advisor (CCA) and Commercial Applicator certifications.

Responsibilities

• Develop target marketing plans and train on sales techniques and CRM usage.
• Travel within the territory to establish the GROWMARK brand and obtain orders.
• Analyze territory and competitive landscape to stay informed on market conditions.
• Meet sales goals as assigned by supervisor and conduct customer interviews to identify needs.
• Provide customer service including product deliveries, soil testing, and program coordination.
• Promote credit programs and manage quotes, contracts, and terms for orders.
