Job summary

Darling Ingredients Inc. is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for Nature Safe in the United States (Washington region). The role focuses on growing sales, building a distribution network, and training distributors while aligning with Nature Safe goals and technology resources.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in agricultural fertilizer sales, strong communication skills, and a proven ability to recruit and develop distributors. Travel and office-based duties are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 5+ years’ agricultural fertilizer sales experience in the region.
• Must reside in assigned territory.
• Bachelor's Degree in Agronomy, Plant Science or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Focuses and held responsible for the sales in assigned region.
• Establish a strong distribution network in assigned region.
• Recruit additional distribution as necessary.
• Communicate Nature Safe mission to current and new distributors.
• Serve as a technical resource for distributors, customers, and Nature Safe team members.
• Ability to give end-user and distributor directed presentations.
• Call reports each week with distributors and related projects.
• Develop and execute strategy to open new markets and associated business.
• Exhibit and execute marketing strategy at trade shows.
• Other duties as assigned
