Darling Ingredients Inc. seeks a Nature Safe Regional Sales Manager to develop and manage Nature Safe markets and recruit, train, and motivate distributors within the assigned territory. You will be responsible for setting expectations with distributors and driving growth across the region.

Responsibilities include building a strong distribution network, presenting to end users, and executing sales and marketing strategies at trade shows. Occasional travel within the territory is required.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 5+ years’ agricultural fertilizer sales experience or related field.
• Must live in the assigned territory.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Agronomy, Plant Science or related field preferred.
• Proven track record of successful sales in the agricultural sector.
• Strong understanding of agronomy with proven sales skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication abilities.
• Team player with strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Self-starter and highly motivated.

Aufgaben

• Focuses and held responsible for the sales in assigned region.
• Establish a strong distribution network in assigned region.
• Recruit additional distribution as necessary.
• Communicate company’s mission for Nature Safe to current and new distributors.
• Serve as a technical resource for distributors, customers, and Nature Safe team members.
• Deliver end-user and distributor directed presentations.
• Submit weekly call reports detailing activity with distributors and projects.
• Develop and execute strategy to open new markets and drive business.
• Plan and execute marketing strategy at trade shows.
• Other duties as assigned.
