The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in the Property and Casualty insurance sector and must possess strong communication skills. A college degree or equivalent experience is required.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of related industry experience.
• Knowledge of Personal and Commercial Lines underwriting guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain territory marketing plans.
• Grow Safepoint’s market share by appointing and coaching new agents.
• Attend trade shows and events to promote Safepoint products.
