Job summary

Direct Sales Recruiting, LLC seeks a Territory Sales Representative for a global skincare leader. You will drive growth across an assigned U.S. territory through new business development, strategic account management, and relationship building with medical practices, aesthetic clinics, and MedSpas.

The role offers an uncapped commission structure, base salary between $80,000 and $100,000, and Year 1 On-Target Earnings of $120,000 to $140,000. Travel throughout the territory is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• 3+ years of sales experience in aesthetics required.
• Skincare sales experience required.
• Hunter mentality with prospecting and closing experience.
• Experience selling to medical practices, aesthetic clinics, and MedSpas.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed sales quotas within the assigned territory.
• Prospect for new business through cold calling, lead generation, and networking.
• Develop and execute territory-specific sales strategies to drive revenue and market growth.
• Manage key accounts and grow existing book of business.
• Build relationships with key decision-makers and drive product adoption.
