Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3-5+ years of B2B aesthetic sales experience.
• Experience in injectables, skincare, dermatology or lasers.
• Experience with buy/bill processes.
• Proven success meeting sales quotas.
• Experience with product launches.
• Strong relationship-building skills with decision-makers.
• Willingness to travel within territory, including overnights.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed assigned sales quotas.
• Manage and grow an assigned territory, driving sales and efficiencies.
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans.
• Establish and maintain relationships with key decision-makers.
• Stay informed about market trends and report findings to management.
• Build and maintain a sales pipeline through lead generation and outreach.
• Document all communications and maintain an organized database.
• Attend meetings as required.
