Job summary

Evolus is seeking an experienced Aesthetic Experience Manager to join our sales team in Fort Myers and surrounding areas. The role focuses on driving direct sales of our aesthetic products, building strong customer relationships, and delivering compelling product insights and promotional solutions.

The position offers a base salary of $100,000 for the AEM role, with potential for senior level at $120,000 plus incentive compensation. A robust benefits package and equity opportunities are included.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skills.
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness and ability to travel 50–75% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed established sales quotas and performance metrics.
• Drive direct sales of aesthetic products within an assigned territory through strategies and events.
• Represent the Evolus brand with professionalism and integrity.
• Complete administrative duties including expense reports and sales tracking.
• Maintain relationships with customers throughout the sales cycle and identify upsell opportunities.
• Conduct regular in-person and virtual meetings with accounts to ensure satisfaction.
