Job summary

Evolus, a NASDAQ-listed company, seeks an experienced Aesthetic Experience Manager to lead sales in a dedicated territory. You will partner with customers, drive direct sales of Evolus aesthetics products through promotions, and deliver tailored product insights and educational events.

Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, you will build relationships, manage budgets, stay current on clinical data, and coordinate promotional activities to enhance brand adoption while ensuring policy

Qualifications

• Proven track record in direct sales within aesthetics/medical fields.
• Strong relationship-building and account management skills.
• Ability to plan and execute promotional campaigns and educational events.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed established sales quotas and performance metrics.
• Drive direct sales of Evolus aesthetic products within an assigned territory through sales strategies, promotions, and events.
• Represent Evolus with professionalism and integrity, communicating value propositions clearly.
• Complete administrative tasks accurately and promptly (expense reporting, sales tracking, etc.).
• Maintain regular follow-up with customers to build long-term relationships.
• Conduct in-person and virtual meetings to ensure customer satisfaction and identify upsell opportunities.
• Manage territory and sample budgets in line with corporate guidelines.
• Stay current on clinical data, product updates, and industry trends to support customers.
• Collaborate with customers to plan and execute promotional activities to boost brand awareness and product adoption.
• Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures.
