Job summary

Evolus is seeking an experienced Aesthetic Experience Manager to lead sales in the Philadelphia region, partnering with current and prospective clients across specialties. You will drive product adoption, deliver clinical insights, and tailor promotional solutions while consistently exceeding sales objectives.

This field-based role requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, excellent communication, and a willingness to travel 50–75%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to travel 50–75%.
• Excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skills.
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed established sales quotas and performance metrics.
• Drive direct sales of aesthetic products within an assigned territory through promotions and events.
• Represent the Evolus brand with professionalism and integrity.
• Maintain accurate administrative records and follow up with customers.
• Lead regular in-person and virtual meetings to upsell or cross-sell.
• Manage territory budgets and stay aligned with corporate guidelines.
• Stay current on clinical data and product updates to support customers.
