Job summary

Evolus seeks an experienced Aesthetic Experience Manager to lead field sales in Fort Myers and the surrounding area. You will partner with customers, drive product adoption, and deliver compelling product insights while contributing to the growth of Evolus in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires strong selling skills, strategic pricing, and promotional activities aligned with our brand. Expect regional travel and cross-functional collaboration with the Sales team.

Qualifications

• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness and ability to travel 50–75% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed established sales quotas and performance metrics.
• Drive direct sales of our aesthetic products within an assigned territory through strategies, campaigns and events.
• Represent the Evolus brand with professionalism and a deep understanding of our value proposition.
• Complete administrative tasks including expense reports and sales tracking.
• Maintain follow-up with customers to foster long-term relationships.
• Conduct in-person and virtual meetings to upsell or cross-sell.
• Manage territory and sample budgets per corporate guidelines.
