You will collaborate with field teams and internal partners, analyze market data, and develop strategic territory plans.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree a plus.
Pharmaceutical sales experience required.
Strong ability to collaborate cross-functionally within a matrix environment.
Business acumen and ability to communicate clinical product information.
Proven track record of consistent high-performance.

Responsibilities

Facilitate clinical dialogue to engage customers and address obstacles to provide solutions.
Develop a strategic territory business plan that drives product demand.
Collaborate with territory colleagues and other teams to address customer needs with urgency.
Apply market knowledge to anticipate opportunities and navigate challenges.
