Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• Pharmaceutical sales experience required.
• Track record of consistent sales success.
• Strong technical skills with digital meeting platforms and computer proficiency.
• Experience engaging assigned HCP targets to attain individual, territory, and company sales goals.
• Experience successfully working across multiple time zones.
• Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements.
• Self-starter comfortable working successfully in a virtual sales environment.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily outbound sales activities via telephone and virtual engagements.
• Profile and manage a targeted list of HCPs to maximize engagement.
• Develop and implement business plans to meet territory targets.
• Communicate persuasively with customers using approved messaging.
• Maintain understanding of disease state, product attributes, and program objectives.
• Document all customer interactions in the CRM system and follow up as needed.
• Collaborate with sales leadership and program consultants to progress key initiatives.
• Represent Amplity Health with professionalism to internal and external stakeholders.
