ND Paper is seeking a Customer Account Representative in Sturtevant, WI to serve as the primary contact for a key customer base and manage the entire order-to-cash process, coordinating with planning, scheduling, logistics, sales, and finance to drive on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.

This role requires strong data handling, CRM familiarity, and the ability to build lasting relationships while delivering solutions.

Qualifications

• Business or related degree from an accredited school.
• Strong customer service and rapport-building skills.
• Ability to manage large volumes of data and multitask.
• Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
• Experience in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
• Experience using SAP and Excel is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary day-to-day contact for a key customer base.
• Manage the order-to-cash process and coordinate with planning, logistics, and sales.
• Provide proactive order status updates using multiple systems.
• Develop customer-specific reports and resolve issues.
• Collaborate with Sales, OM and Operations to meet company goals.
