Job summary

Praxis Precision Medicines is seeking eight Account Specialists across California to drive commercialization within defined territories. You will engage healthcare providers, build strong customer relationships, and execute territory plans to meet and exceed sales goals, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to support launches and patient access.

The role demands 5+ years of direct CNS or specialty pharma experience, deep knowledge of patient pathways, and familiarity with formulary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of direct CNS or specialty pharma sales experience.
• Deep understanding of complex patient pathways and prescriber dynamics.
• Experience with product launches and pre-launch planning.
• Experience with formulary access strategies and early market penetration.
• Experience selling into hospital systems, IDNs, and institutional accounts.

Responsibilities

• Execute territory business plans to achieve sales goals.
• Develop relationships with healthcare providers and key stakeholders.
• Drive product adoption through customer engagement and education.
• Navigate patient pathways and support therapy access.
• Collaborate with Market Access, Strategic Accounts, Patient Services, and Medical teams.
• Support launch execution, including pre-launch planning and post-launch adoption strategies.
• Leverage insights from the field to inform strategy and improve execution.
• Maintain a high level of product, disease state, and market knowledge.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company policies.
