Pharmaceutical Sales Rep (Entry Level and/or Specialty)

You will work closely with management and other team members to achieve sales goals, providing quality consultative services and coordinating outside alliances and internal resources to meet customer needs.

Major Responsibilities:

  • Manage territory accounts and identify key decision-makers.
  • Inform influential physicians about pharmaceutical and medical products.
  • Balance time effectively between customer interactions to meet sales targets.
  • Keep skills and product knowledge up-to-date.
  • Plan and strategize to compete effectively in the healthcare marketplace.

Major Duties:

  • Build positive relationships and penetrate large accounts.
  • Develop a customer base through creative strategies.
  • Create territory plans with goals and resource allocation.
  • Gain formulary acceptance and compliance with managed care accounts.
  • Partner proactively with customers, understanding long-term trends for business planning.
  • Utilize consultative skills to assist customers with their needs.
  • Market and sell vertical products.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Some sales experience or related abilities.
  • Ability to work remotely and use ZOOM software.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to target healthcare professionals to maximize sales.
  • Effective selling skills and product knowledge to influence prescribing behaviors.
  • Analyze territory data to optimize routes and sales results.
  • Use sales tools and resources effectively.
  • Leverage data and customer insights to facilitate discussions around HCP and patient needs.
  • Commit to continuous learning and professional development.
  • Adhere to all regulations, policies, and procedures, demonstrating high ethical standards.
