As an Insurance Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Erwin McGowan - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You will grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and act as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. Responsibilities

1. Provide information about insurance products and services.
2. Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
