Job summary

Ad Astra Consultants seeks a driven tire sales professional to lead a multi-state territory. You will cultivate and expand dealer networks, promote tire brands, and drive revenue growth through proactive field sales and partner collaboration.

The role requires 5-8 years of tire sales experience, strong industry knowledge, and the ability to travel up to 80% within the assigned territory. You must reside within the territory and work autonomously.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in related field.
• 5-8 years of tire sales experience, preferably in territory/account management.
• Proven success growing new and existing business through channel/dealer networks.
• Ability to travel up to 80% within the territory.
• Live within the territory and work independently with proactive selling.
• Strong industry knowledge and customer relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow assigned territory to drive new revenue with channel partners and dealers.
• Expand existing relationships to drive growth in each account.
• Grow the channel network in your region and optimize performance.
• Meet or exceed revenue targets.
• Partner with channel and dealers to promote brands and educate sales reps and customers.
