Job summary

Spectrum Quartz is seeking an Account Manager in Orlando, FL to drive growth and manage key relationships in the assigned territory. You will engage kitchen and bath professionals, fabricators, and retailers to grow premium product adoption and ensure client satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in sales or design, a Bachelor’s degree, and proven CRM experience (Salesforce preferred). Travel is 80–90% within the territory; you’ll lift samples and represent the brand at trade shows.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in sales or the design industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
• Proven CRM experience, Salesforce preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships with kitchen & bath professionals, fabricators, and retailers.
• Stay up-to-date on Spectrum Quartz product knowledge and industry trends.
• Follow up on leads and referrals, developing trusted advisor relationships with key partners.
• Represent Spectrum Quartz at trade shows, marketing events, and industry associations.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand existing accounts to meet sales quotas.
• Use Salesforce daily to log customer visits, forecast, and track customer metrics.
