Job summary

Spectrum Quartz, a leader in innovative quartz surface design, seeks an Account Manager to drive growth and manage key relationships in Cranbury, NJ. You will develop relationships with kitchen & bath professionals, fabricators, and retailers, and represent Spectrum Quartz at trade shows and events.

The role requires 5+ years in sales or the design industry, a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, and proficiency with Salesforce. Travel is substantial within the assigned territory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
• 5+ years of sales or design industry experience.
• Clean driving record and no criminal history.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with kitchen & bath professionals, fabricators, and retailers.
• Stay up-to-date on Spectrum Quartz products and industry trends.
• Follow up on leads and referrals, developing trusted advisor relationships with partners.
• Represent Spectrum Quartz at trade shows, events, and industry associations.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand existing accounts to meet sales quotas.
• Use Salesforce to log customer visits, forecast, and track metrics.
• Collaborate with center managers to grow territory performance.
• Resolve client issues and ensure top-tier customer satisfaction.
• Proven success in sales as an Account Manager or in a similar role in the quartz/natural stone industry.
