Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or GED; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Strong presentation and consultative selling skills to engage healthcare providers.
• Proven ability to build and manage provider relationships and drive referrals.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow relationships with physicians, clinics, hospitals, case managers, discharge planners, and other healthcare professionals.
• Promote specialty pharmacy and infusion-related service offerings to referral sources.
• Generate new patient referrals and drive territory revenue growth.
• Conduct in-person sales presentations, educational meetings, and provider consultations.
• Develop and execute territory business plans with sales leadership.
• Identify and cultivate new business opportunities while maintaining existing relationships.
