Job summary

Compass Consulting seeks an Account Manager to cover the Washington D.C. territory for a client delivering innovative inhaled drug/biologic and device combination products.

You will own the full sales cycle, engage clinicians, provide quotes, process orders, and ensure timely product shipments. Lead training for clinical staff and distributors, partner with Marketing to launch new products, and build strong physician relationships using strategic selling.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 2 years in a commercial role within the medical device industry.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales revenue quotas within the Washington DC territory.
• Manage end-to-end sales process including quoting, orders, and shipments.
• Train clinical staff and distributors; support distributors.
• Collaborate with Marketing to launch new products in territory.
• Build relationships with physicians and clinicians; use strategic selling.
• Conduct peer-to-peer and promotional events; travel as needed.
