Job summary

Stuart Hose & Pipe, a SunSource company, seeks an Account Manager to own and grow the Fort Worth territory. You will manage existing accounts, hunt for new business, and deliver practical hose and pipe solutions while building trusted partnerships with plant managers and buyers.

You’ll travel within the territory, maintain records, and collaborate across teams to ensure outstanding service and revenue growth. Bachelor’s degree preferred with 2+ years in industrial sales.

Qualifications

• Two+ years of industrial sales experience preferred in hose/pipe or related industries.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or HS Diploma/GED with strong track record.
• Proven ability to develop and manage customer relationships and new business.
• Willingness to travel within the Fort Worth territory and valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow the Fort Worth territory by managing existing accounts and developing new business.
• Build trusted partnerships by uncovering customer needs and recommending solutions.
• Prospect for new opportunities via cold calling, referrals, and outreach.
• Meet or exceed revenue and margin goals with guidance from leadership.
• Sell hose, pipe, and related products based on real-world applications.
• Troubleshoot customer challenges with practical, value-driven solutions.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and product knowledge.
• Collaborate with operations, customer service, and technical teams to ensure a superior customer experience.
• Maintain accurate records, quotes, and customer interactions.
