Sealed Air is seeking a results-driven field sales professional to drive territory revenue growth by selling machinery and consumables across Autobag, Sidepouch, FloWrap, StealthWrap and PriorityPak lines.

The role requires 1–2+ years of sales experience (field or inside) and a degree in Marketing or Sales. Strong consultative selling and MS Office skills are essential for developing territory strategies and training Channel partners.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Sales preferred.
• 1-2+ years of field sales experience or 2-3+ years of inside sales experience or equivalent training.
• Knowledge of the flexible packaging market is a plus.
• Introductory level ability to use Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to analyze and interpret customer needs to recommend solutions in a consultative manner.
• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Drive territory revenue growth through machinery and consumable sales.
• Develop and execute territory-level strategies to retain current customer bases, regain lost business, and prospect for new business.
• Achieve sales plans and new account goals for Autobag, Sidepouch, FloWrap, StealthWrap & PriorityPak machinery and materials.
• Work with Channel team to execute corporate strategies and programs.
• Provide product, sales, and applications training to Channel sales reps.
• Use CRM for timely updates on lead status and sales pipeline.
• Review sales pipeline with RSD and project close dates.
• Provide quarterly business summary reports for key accounts and partners.
• Collaborate with internal Sealed Air teams as required.
• Control T&E costs and manage field sales demo machinery.
